Service
This bisonwoods.com online reservation service (hereinafter referred to as “OnlineService”) is operated by Bisonwoods. You may book our hotel room by choosing one of the room type. You will receive an online room Confirmation via “OnlineService” which confirms the booking of the hotel room during the indicated time period. The use of the “OnlineSerivce” service is free for you.
Hotel Prices and Payment
The indicated prices for the hotel rooms are valid for one room and one night, exclusive of packages. Packages vary from type and duration. The breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner are only included if indicated in the rate policy. Taxes on room and food prices vary time to time and are included in the hotel price if indicated.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 5% fee will be charged., and the remaining price of the reservation will be refunded.
- If Cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be Charged.
Liability disclaimer
“OnlineSerivce” shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the transmission of any data, including but not limited to your data or Hotel data, termination of service, or for cancellation or double-booking of reservations, beyond its control.
Security
All information you provide to “OnlineService” is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL technology encrypts all furnished information before it is sent to “OnlineService” site.
Copyright
Any copyright in the materials on this website remains with “WebService” or the Hotel. Downloading and copying of any material on this website is permitted only for private use and limited to the purpose of making a reservation.
Jurisdiction
Any Agreement with “WebService” will be governed by and construed in accordance with in Tamil Nadu, Chennai jurisdiction
